The definition of a "slump buster"

So yeah, Steve Phillips of ESPN and former NY Mets GM fame, has done got himself in to a dilly of a pickle. He went ahead and ended his marriage due to the sweet alluring charms of this ESPN employee:

Take a good look at that. This homely maiden is Brooke Hundley, a fellow ESPN employee whom Phillips thought was worth dipping his pen in the company ink. What in God's name made him think this was a good idea. He can no longer brag about being the guy to discover David Wright. This chick is now his crowning achievement.

Not only does she look like a dump truck, she's also completely out-of-her psychotic. She left a letter for Steve's wife, telling her how their catholic faith shouldn't get in the way of annulment because God wants everyone to be happy, and she also plowed her car in their house. Oh yeah, she also friended little Steve Jr on facebook and pretended to be a classmate or some other shit.

Way to go, Steve. Hopefully you get all of this straightened out during your "leave of absence".
